From ordering your invitation to planning your entire wedding from beginning to end. We will help create an unforgettable moment for you. If the below packages are exactly what you need a custom package can be created.
coPper package:
- Complimentary planning consultation
- Direction of rehearsal
- nDetailed wedding day itinerary
- nOversee set-up of wedding venue
- Complete wedding day coordination. From pre-ceremony to reception.
silver package:
nCopper Package Plus…
- Coordination of rehearsal
- Coordinate all events at the reception
- Oversee reception venue
- Decorating services
Gold package:
Silver Package Plus...
- Unlimited emails, and telephone communication
- Planning services to be used at the client's discretion
- Accompany client to initial meeting with vendors (that have not been pre-selected by client)
- Detailed wedding day itinerary
- Book vendor services that have not already been booked by client
- Follow up with all vendors 2 weeks before event, and again 5 days before event
- Assist with any additional services that the client may need assistance with
- RSVP services provided
platinum package:
nGold Package Plus…- nUnlimited hours of planning services to be used and client's discretion
- nAll vendor services coordinated
- nPhone calls to vendors, and entire wedding party as needed
- nCoordination of accommodations for out of town guests
- nAssist with planned, and suggested activities for out of town guests
- nMeet and greet with entire wedding party, and participants 3 months prior to wedding
- nAssist/Coordinate rehearsal dinner Assist with search for ceremony, and reception site (if needed)
- nCoordinate gift transportation, to ensure that they get to where they need to be after your reception
- nDecorate Suite for wedding night (hotel within reasonable mileage of reception site)
- nAssist with invitation addressing and mailing
- nAssist with seating chart for reception
- nPlan or assist with engagement party & bridal luncheon
- nAssist with pick-up and distribution of last minute items
